Additional services and maintenance

When our employees come to clean for you, they also immediately identify whether a lamp is defective, vandalism has been committed, a window is broken or graffiti has been sprayed on the wall. They will pass this on to your contact person within Knijn & Damsma, so that you can immediately hear what is going on. We can also spare you certain caretaker tasks/jobs. From placing a key box, replacing lamps, repairing small defects, hanging a painting to placing a wall. You can also contact us for removing graffiti or applying anti-graffiti.
