Familiar faces
Our property manager determines who your regular cleaners will be, so that you can count on familiar faces in the building. Together with your VvE, we agree on how the cleaning activities are carried out, both regular and additional. For example, the extra cleaning of tile walls on the one hand and the periodic maintenance of stainless steel or window frames on the other. In consultation with you, the property manager regularly checks whether the work is being carried out properly. Whatever your wishes are, you will always receive a tailor-made program.
Our added value: identifying and repairing
When our employees clean your communal areas, they also immediately identify whether a lamp is defective, vandalism has been committed, a window is broken or graffiti has been sprayed on the wall. They link this directly to your contact person within Knijn & Damsma, so that your VvE can immediately hear what is going on. We can also take over certain caretaker tasks from your VvE, such as replacing lamps and repairing minor defects. You can also contact us for graffiti removal.
Multiple Building Management
Some of our customers manage many buildings and do not visit every building every week to check the state of affairs. We keep a structural eye on the building and thus take a lot of work and worries off your hands. A nice feeling!
